22'Wx24'Lx12'H Two Car Instant Garage Peak Style
This 22' x 24' two car portable garage gives you room to park two standard-size vehicles side by side under a peak roof that tops out at 12 feet. The extra height also makes it a practical workshop. With a door at each end, you can pull in one side and drive out the other.
Why it’s worth it
Steel frame: 2-3/8" galvanized steel tubing, with seven arches set 48" apart and wind bracing at all four corners.
Weather-ready cover: 10 oz. fabric-backed poly, UV treated and fire retardant. Both the main cover and the doors meet CPAI-84 Section 5.
Drive-thru doors: each end gets a 20' x 6'6" triple-zipper door with bottom pockets, and a roll-up door kit is included.
Simple assembly: every part arrives cut and pre-drilled, and the bolt-together hardware comes with a quick-assembly wrench. The manufacturer’s average install time is about 2 hours.

Additional Information
Good to know
The 12' measurement is at the peak. The end doors open to 6'6", so check your tallest vehicle, roof rack included, before you order. Pick a level spot with some working room beyond the 22' x 24' footprint. The included cable anchors are meant for ground installs; on concrete or asphalt you’ll need anchors made for that surface. It ships by motor freight in six boxes totaling 789 lbs, so have a second person around on delivery day.
