A square tent is the easiest shape to place in a typical yard, but measure first. You’ll want a level patch of ground somewhat larger than 14 x 14 so there’s room to walk around the edges and set anchors. The longer of the two boxes is 81.5 inches, so a pickup bed or SUV with the seats folded works better than a sedan if you’re moving it between events. Anchors are included, and you’ll want them in every time the tent is up. On hard surfaces, add tent weights, which are sold separately. Like any fabric event tent, it’s meant to come down before severe weather.
